We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our growing design team. As a Product Designer at Hirelane, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our web and mobile products. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure that our design solutions align with our business goals and user needs. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating beautiful and functional designs, has a strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile products

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals and user needs

• Communicate design solutions to internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain design system and style guide

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design solutions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD

• Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing

• Strong understanding of design systems and style guides

Location

San Francisco, CA (remote work possible)

Salary

$100,000 - $130,000 per year DOE
